Q. What is the Pipeline system?
Answer: Pipeline is a web portal that gives Stevens students, faculty and administrators to access email, schedules, campus news and announcements, and various school services. WebCampus courses can also be accessed through Pipeline. For more information about Pipeline services, visit the Information Technology Division’s Pipeline Information Page.
Q. I lost my userid/password. How do I get it back?
Answer: You can retrieve your userid/password information through Pipeline. See also the IT Division’s web page regarding Usernames and Passwords.
Q. What is a study plan and why do I need one?
Answer: The purpose of the study plan is to clearly define your path to your degree. It should contain the courses you need to attain the degree. Take advantage of this opportunity to discuss your academic goals with a faculty advisor and incorporate those goals into this plan, making your degree more meaningful to you. Your Master’s study plan is your contract with Stevens. If you successfully complete all of the courses on your study plan, you are qualified to receive a degree from Stevens. It helps you to plan ahead and understand the requirements of the degree.
Failure to submit an approved study plan may result in not being permitted to enroll, not receiving credit for a course and/or not receiving a grade. If you deviate from the study plan without your advisor's permission, those courses may not count towards your degree.
Q. I just registered for my online class, but I do not have my id/PIN. How can I get this information?
