Dr. Carol Brown has an extensive background in information systems research, authoring or co-authoring over 20 papers in journals ranging from MIS Quarterly to the Communications of the AIS to the Journal of Information Management.  Dr. Brown has also written nine books, the most recent of which was "ERP as a Platform for Vendor Managed Inventory," published in 2005.
